First way to custom made	Designs are supplied by us: We have made over 500 styles of marble fireplace. After you send me all your requests, we will chose related styles for you. when you decide which style you like, we will move on to the size and material chosing step. After you decide the style, size and materials you like,  we will quote you as soon as possible, usually within 12 hours, and if you accept the quotation, we will move on to the contract-signing step and product step.
Second way to custom made	Designs are supplied by you (our customer): You supply us with your design (drawing or CAD), and we will help you to chose which kind of stone is good for you. after that, we will quote you and if you accept the quotation we can move on to the contract-signing step and product step.

1) Do you accept retail order? What is the minimium quantity you require?

Yes, we do accept retail order. We sell to wholesaler, retialer and individual, with different price policy. No minium order requirement.

2) how long can my order be finished? How soon can I get my ordered products?

A. Normally FCL shipment: 45 to 60 days;

B. LCL shipment: 20 to 35 days

For other destinations, please email us for exact information.

3) Are you sure the packing will be strong enough? If damage happens during transportation, who should be responsible for that?

Yes, we use strong wooden crate for outside packing and soft material for inside. In addition, we will buy "all risks" as per your requirement. In the case of damage, firstly, we can claim the damage. If the damager occures due to improper packing, my company will take all the responsibility.
